Van & Palace Battery Charger

To help you manage your power setup efficiently when working from a single spot, here is how your conversion's onboard charging system works:

Battery Power Usage

Your conversion's lights and water pump are connected to your vehicle battery to enable them to always work, even when your van is not plugged in.

Charging While Driving

As you drive between grooms, your vehicle battery naturally charges as you drive.

The Static Grooming Challenge

If you are grooming a multitude of dogs in one location and have the lights and the water pump on, and you will not be driving in between grooms, then the battery will not be able to recharge.

The Split Battery Charger Solution

To combat this, we have fitted a special Split Battery Charger which charges your battery for you when you are grooming, so your battery can charge without you driving around.

Flexible Operation

You can choose to have the charger on or off. You can leave it on all the time or turn it off if you are not grooming lots of dogs in one location, it's up to you :)

Location and Controls

The battery charger is located in the cab behind the driver's seat, and its plug can be found in the first white socket in the loadspace where it can be turned on or off.
